		<description>Glad to see your back at it! Trinidad ehh? Hot temps and humidity can make it challenging but there's a saying in Spanish, "Lo que no te mata, engorda".  Translated literally, it means what ever doesn't kill you, makes you fatter, but the real meaning is that if it doesn't kill you it makes you stronger.  Tougher workouts can mean better results when you race.
I'm really glad to see you back on track.  I never heard back from Mike Horn by the way...Hope all is well with him.</description>
