I had finished the C25K plan near the end of August so the 3 months covering September through November is a good period for me to summarize where I’ve been and what I have managed to accomplish.
The following chart shows my running over this period.

As you can see, I have progressively added miles. I am at the point where I’ve run 25 miles for the last 2 weeks and 20 miles for the 3 week prior to that.
At the beginning of September, I was running my training runs at a 12-14 min/mile pace, but now I run around 10 min/mile. My longs run were around 4 miles and now they are at 10 miles.
I am very happy with my progress and when I reflect on how far I’ve come, it helps motive me to go even further. I think I’ve made a great start on my road to the Boston Marathon. Now I just need to remain injury free.
