Actual: Ran 3 mins, walked 1.5 mins, ran 5 mins, walked 2.5 mins, ran 3 mins, walked 1.5 mins, ran 5 mins, walked 5 mins
As I mentioned last week, I decided to redo week 4 as I wanted to at least be able to complete the required program before moving on. Well, today, I managed to make BOTH 5-minute runs. It feels great! I will still finish up the rest of the week on the week-4 plan and by the time I’m ready to start week 5, I should be well prepared.
My socks are still bothering me by slipping into my shoe. I’ll have to get some new socks this weekend as it’s very annoying.
