Plan: Run 3 mins, walk 1.5 mins, run 5 mins, walk 2.5 mins. Repeat once
Actual: Ran 3 mins, walked 1.5 mins, ran 5 mins, walked 2.5 mins, ran 3 mins, walked 1.5 mins, ran 3 mins, walked 5 mins
The 3rd day of week was definitely better than the other days, but I’m still unable to complete the program. That last 5-min run is still a killer. I plan to redo week 4 next week so hopefully I can complete the required amount of running and then move on to week 5.
