Plan: Run 3 mins, walk 1.5 mins, run 5 mins, walk 2.5 mins. Repeat once
Actual: Ran 3 mins, walked 1.5 mins, ran 5 mins, walked 2.5 mins, ran 3 mins, walked 1.5 mins, ran 2 mins, walked 5 mins
Today was a slight improvement over the first day of the week in that I was able to do the full 5-mins for the first interval. I still only managed 2 mins on the second interval.
I started running with music this week, having “found” my MP3 player that I had misplaced during the move to our new house. It certainly makes it easier. I also found my G-Force watch so I can time myself. Up until this week, I was running with my wife’s digital kitchen timer
I may repeat this week, but I’ll see how I make out on Friday
