Today wasn’t too bad. I’m seeing signs of definite improvement as I can no do the 3-min without too much stress.
I was planning to do a “binus” run this weekend, but I think I’ll let me body rest a bit as next week looks like a killer with 5-minute runs. I’ll still do the elliptical trainer though.
My biggest problem today was the constant slipping-socks. I had to stop twice to fix my left sock and by the end of the run, both socks had slipped completely into my shoe and past my heel. This is so annoying. I’ll have to do some digging to see if this a normal thing and maybe there is a different kind of sock I can buy.
