Week 3 started out pretty much as I expected…hard. The first 3 minute run was a little easier than the one I did last Saturday, but the second 3-minute run was just as tough. Like Saturday, I had to take a 10-15 second break about 2 mins into the run. Like Saturday, I pushed hard for the last 20 second to compensate.
I certainly hope this gets a bit easier.
